Ooredoo is one of Qatar's leading telecommunications operators. Phoenix C was a full digital transformation covering three platforms simultaneously: the consumer Selfcare mobile app, the Selfcare web portal, and the institutional site.
The project started from scratch. A comprehensive design system was established from the ground up, built to support not just Phoenix C but future Ooredoo projects beyond it. Every component, pattern, and guideline was designed with scalability in mind.
As lead of the design team, the work spanned the full UX lifecycle: benchmarking, user interviews, and onsite usability testing with around 60 participants in Doha. Numerous workshops were facilitated with the client, both onsite in Qatar and remotely, translating business objectives into design decisions grounded in real user insight.
The Selfcare app alone is estimated to serve over 1.3 million users across the Qatari market.
Some work lives behind closed doors.
This project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Screens, flows, and detailed process notes are not available publicly — but I'm happy to discuss my role, approach, and outcomes in a private conversation.
