du is one of the UAE's leading telecommunications operators. The Dealer Sales Portal is an internal tool used by du's dealer network to manage critical processes — mobile activations, number portability, and other regulated dealer operations.
The project was driven by a Telecommunications Regulatory Authority mandate, requiring the portal to meet specific compliance standards for secure electronic mobile activations and fraud prevention. The redesign brought the UX and UI in line with both regulatory requirements and du's brand guidelines, without compromising usability for dealers navigating complex, process-heavy workflows.
The work covered UX, UI and frontend development in ExtJS, delivered as part of a cross-functional team.
