Vodafone Ireland Product Health Portal

Vodafone Ireland's Product Health Portal is an internal operations tool designed to give engineers and service teams deeper visibility into the health of customer modems across the Irish network.

By analysing multiple performance indicators in real time, the portal aims to improve service reliability, streamline troubleshooting, and allow teams to proactively identify and address connectivity issues before they impact customers.

As design lead, the work started with a thorough discovery phase — stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, and an as-is analysis of existing processes. Working alongside another Celfocus designer and in close alignment with Vodafone Ireland stakeholders, the project was delivered as a fully working UX prototype with supporting UI screens and a scalable design system, ready for implementation.

A technically complex project at the intersection of big data and operational UX — where the design challenge was making large volumes of network data legible and actionable for the people who depend on it.
