Vodafone Germany - MyVodafone and Sales Portal was a dual-platform redesign covering two distinct audiences: MyVodafone for consumers and the Sales Portal for internal agents.
As design team lead for the Celfocus side, the work centred on migrating both platforms to Vodafone's updated visual language while introducing new user journeys aligned with evolving business needs. A shared design system was established to ensure consistency across both portals and improve workflow efficiency for the design and development teams.
The process was discovery-led — facilitation maps and quick prototypes were used to explore and validate directions early, reducing risk before moving into final UI design. Every screen was built to plug directly into the design system, ready for implementation.
