Vodafone Frontend was the first project delivered at Celfocus, and the beginning of a long relationship with the Vodafone Group.
The goal was to design and build the frontend experience supporting Vodafone Portugal's retail stores nationwide — from scratch, as part of a full cross-functional team of developers, architects, testers, business analysts, and project managers.
The work covered the full design lifecycle: stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, wireframing using Axure RP to explore and validate solutions, and visual design (with Photoshop, old, I know) ready for frontend implementation.
Beyond design, the role extended into development, with hands-on work in ExtJS, HTML, and CSS bringing the designs to life directly.
A broad first project that set the tone for everything that followed.
Some work lives behind closed doors.
This project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Screens, flows, and detailed process notes are not available publicly — but I'm happy to discuss my role, approach, and outcomes in a private conversation.
