MOST — Multi Opco Scripting Tool is an advanced network configuration management platform used by Vodafone agents across multiple operating companies. It enables the export and analysis of network configurations, empowering teams to ensure compliance, optimise performance, and automate processes across various markets and vendors.
As the sole designer on the project, the work centred on two fronts: migrating the existing interface to Vodafone Group's latest visual language, ensuring brand consistency across a complex, data-heavy platform and introducing new user journeys aligned with evolving operational needs.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams, each design decision aimed to reduce friction for agents navigating complex network data translating technical requirements into a cohesive, scalable UI ready for implementation across the Vodafone Group.
