Saal Barbershop - Management Dashboard is an internal operations tool built for the same Lisbon barbershop, going well beyond the public-facing website.
The dashboard gives the owner full visibility over the business: daily revenue tracking per barber, commission calculations, service counts, and monthly performance charts. Beyond financials, the tool covers inventory management for barbershop supplies and a daily log for each barber's activity.
The platform includes a full authentication system, ensuring only authorised users can access the data. The experience was optimised for mobile from the ground up — built for a barbershop owner checking numbers between clients, not sitting at a desk.
Designed and built solo as a freelance project, the stack combined React for the frontend, Supabase for the database and backend, and Claude Code to accelerate development. The result is a fully functional, actively used internal tool that replaced manual tracking for the business.
