DUXXI — Directivos Ultras XXI is one of Sporting Clube de Portugal largest supporter groups, with around 4,500 members.
The project was a full freelance engagement covering both design and development. The existing site was redesigned from the ground up with a stronger focus on ecommerce, enabling DUXXI to sell official merchandising directly to their community online.
The entire store was built in WooCommerce from scratch, without premium theming, working alongside another developer. As the sole designer on the project, responsibilities spanned UX, UI, and front-end from designing the new pages and shop to implementing the final build.
